Rompox Flex Joint - Additional Information

Application Instructions:
- Blend Ingredients: Uncap the bucket and the enclosed bottles. Pour contents slowly into the filler component. Fill both bottles with 100ml of water, seal, shake vigorously, and add to the blend.
- Add Water: Incorporate 2.5L of water and initiate mixing. Ensure at least 6 minutes of blending using a professional agitator or a rotary-drum/compulsory mixer.
- Wet Surface: Thoroughly wet the surface. Note: Porous surfaces or higher temperature areas may need intensified wetting.
- Application: Dispense the blended jointing mortar onto the dampened area, choosing three or four sections for optimal spread. Use a squeegee or rubber slider to meticulously work the mortar into the joints.
- Clear Excess: Wait roughly 10 minutes before brushing away the surplus mortar with a broad, coarse broom. It's the right moment to sweep when there is no white streaking on the stones.
- Final Cleaning: Conclude with a soft-bristled broom, cleaning diagonally across the joints. Ensure all lingering mortar is removed. Avoid recycling any brushed-off substance.
