A) Van Beek’s provides loading as a courtesy, Van Beek’s is not responsible for any damage to vehicles during the loading or caused by the material loaded.

B) Van Beek’s does not provide guidance on vehicles capacity, it is up to the vehicle operator to know how much material is safe to load in their vehicle.

C) Van Beek’s is not responsible for any injury that may occur from visiting any properties. Van Beek’s is an outdoor retail/commercial hardscape supply location. Proper shoe wear and clothing is recommended.

D) Van Beek’s is not responsible for your vehicle when on our properties.

E) Van Beek’s is not responsible for any theft while on our properties.
